韓国が日韓GSOMIA破棄を決め、日米は異例の自体に衝撃を受けた。
朝鮮半島をはじめとする東アジアの軍事的安定が懸念する中、アメリカは韓国に警告。
果たして韓国はGSOMIA破棄を撤回するのか。

ニュースの内容
23日、韓国外務省はGSOMIA破棄を正式に日本に伝えたと発表した。
これにより11月 23日以降、日韓は機密性の高い軍事情報を直接やり取り出来なくなる。
与党側は「日韓GSOMIAのやり取りは少なく、安保上の不安はない」とし、
大統領府も「苦渋の選択」だったとしながらも「責任は日本側にある」と主張。
一方で野党側は「北朝鮮や中国、ロシアが喜ぶだけだ」と批判し、韓国のマスコミ一部も「日米韓の安否協力が揺らぐ」と指摘している。




アメリカも同じく安保協力の弱体化に懸念。

デーブ・イーストバーン米国防総省報道官は同日、GSOMIA廃棄に関する本紙の質問に「韓国と日本に見解の違いを解消するため協力するよう勧告する。迅速にそうするよう希望する」と答えた。また、「米国と日本、韓国が友愛と結束を通じて協力する時、我々はさらに強く、北東アジアはより安全になる」とも述べた。
マーク・エスパー米国防長官は9日に韓国を訪れてチョン・ギョンドゥ韓国国防部長官に会った際、「GSOMIAは韓米日の安保協力に相当貢献する」と語り、維持するよう要請していた。

また、米国政府だけでなく、同国のメディアも懸念しており、ロイター通信は同日、GSOMIA破棄決定について、
「今回の決定は（韓日間の）歴史と貿易に対する論争をさらに増幅させ、北朝鮮に対する安保協力を弱化させるだろう」と報じた。
同通信のはツイッターに「今回の決定は、韓日安保協力の弱化を懸念する米国を驚がくさせることだろう」と投稿した。

加えて、ニューヨーク・タイムズは「韓国が（米国の反対にもかかわらず）日本との軍事情報共有を放棄することにしたのは、
この地域で米国の存在感が薄くなっている証拠だ」と、ワシントン・ポストも「今回の決定が米国の懸念を招くのは明らかだ」と伝えている。

見解①米国の主張はまっとうだ
率直に述べると、米国に同意せざるを得ないです。
日米韓の連携が弱まれば、朝鮮半島や東アジアの安定が揺らぐからであります。
第一に、北朝鮮の活動が盛んになります。
米国の監視が弱まるため、核開発やミサイルの実験などの回数が増えるだろう。
次に、中露に対して抑止力が弱まるのもリスクです。
中国の軍事活動がさらに活発になると、韓国はもちろん日本にも大いにも危険が及ぶ。
ロシアもまた然りである。

見解②韓国はどうなるのか
北朝鮮の傀儡になっていくだろう。
自ら抑止力を放棄したため、言うまでもなく、属国への道を進んでいる。
綺麗に言えば南北統一です。

日韓GSOMIAは直接的には日韓の問題であるが、事実上、同じくらい米国にも関係しています。
今回の破棄は米国との安保協力解除を意味するため、言い方を変えると、北朝鮮とさらに接近するということを意味します。



GSOMIA解除にメリットはない。それはどの国も同じです。
しかし、デメリットが最も大きいのは韓国です。

対北朝鮮制裁の専門家ジョシュア・スタントン弁護士がツイッターで、「正直言って私は最近、
現在の韓国政府と敏感な情報・技術を交換することが米国の国益に合致するのかどうか気になる」と言った通り、日米にメリットは少なく、両国が受ける損害は知れています。

また韓国は個人的な感情で政治的・軍事的判断を下してしまいました。
GSOMIA破棄を撤回しないとしたら、今後、韓国にはさらなる動きがあるだろう。

アメリカは世界の警察的な役割として韓国に警告を行いました。
これを無視し、米韓関係が悪化すれば韓国は属国への道を進むしかないです。
